The All-America Rose Selections had put the San Jose Municipal Rose Garden on probation for the severe decline in the garden in 2005. (see the letter HERE ) Because of the miraculous turn-around, the AARS wrote a case study and sent it to over 100 accredited Rose Gardens throughout the nation to encourage them to form similar organizations.
